After catching some waves, we'll stretch it out with daily yoga, explore stunning waterfalls, go snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and dance the night away at lively beach clubs. Oh, and did we mention bonfires on the beach, fresh tropical meals, and a boutique retreat stay that feels straight out of a dream? Cancellation Policy
By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services (a “Tour”) with Artemis Ventures Travel Group, LLC, a Florida company (“Artemis” or the “Tour Operator”), you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). By booking a Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. You must be 21 to book or participate in this tour. 2. Medical information may be required for this tour. If so, a form will be provided to you along with the email confirming your booking. 3. We will attempt to honor any dietary requests made, however, given the nature of our tours we cannot guarantee that all accommodations can be made. 4. With the exception of bookings paid in full at the time they are made, all bookings require a non-refundable deposit. For bookings made under any payment plan, $500 of the the initial payment is considered to be a non-refundable deposit. For bookings which are paid in full, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be deemed to be included in said booking. 5. Full payment for any booking is required no later than 10 days prior to departure. For any booking made on a payment plan, this includes the final payment even if the final payment due date is shown as later than ten days before the start of the tour. Failure to make any payment when due may result in your booking being canceled by the Tour Operator. 6. Travel insurance is required for participation on any Tour and is not included in the Tour purchase price or provided by the Tour Operator. 7. AIRFARE TO AND FROM THE DESTINATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY TOUR PACKAGE AND IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 8. Cancellations must be made in writing. 9. You are responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including visas and/or electronic travel authorizations as well as ensuring that your passport is valid for the appropriate amount of time required by the destination and your home country.
